Frankly, we've always been pushovers for fine European confections—especially caramel. For more than 15 years, we’ve made it our business to search the world for great candies. And after years of developing confections for specialty retailers and manufacturers, we finally decided to develop our own. We set up shop here in Seattle as PD3, Inc. (Product Design, Development & Delivery) and created Caramoo. For us, it's a delicious opportunity to rekindle memories for our favorite flavors of all time, from all around the world.
